I got the second shot of my Hep A vaccination last night and I'm not happy. It's not that I have a huge adverse reaction or anything, but pumping a cc or so of fluid into muscle tissue is just not a good thing. My left biceps is still sore to the touch and it hurts when I use it. Even picking up my tea mug makes my arm ache. I'm trying to keep using the arm to work things through, because I have a shiatsu client tonight, so full usage would be good.
The other thing I don't like is that vaccines always give me a nasty metallic kind of taste in my mouth. What's up with that?
In happier news, it seems that the nice lady in Sweden is willing to send us a puppy! The actually cost for the dog will be about $1000CAN cheaper than buying one here, but we'll see what the shipping costs add up to. SOOOOO excited!
