It's snowing. White-out, stick to the ground, -8C with the windchill snowing. Who ordered this? And how far north is it - it's apparently sunny in Edmonton. I hope it doesn't go far, as I'm driving to Edmonton and back tomorrow.
Why would I do that, you ask? Well, I want a tubal ligation. You have to get a referral from your GP, and it's impossible to get a GP in Calgary, so I went back to mine in Edmonton. Edmonton GP, Edmonton referral. Sigh. I'm hoping to get my name on the "waiting list" - thinking that if they cut this particular service, maybe they'll at least follow through for folks who are already in queue. Probably a hope in vain, but hey, you gotta try!
Tonight is our first Photography class, which I'd like to be excited about, but I've got a headache. I had two demanding clients last night and didn't get enough sleep, so I've been dragging all day. I can only hope that Stuart is in shape to pay attention. And, we get to walk home tonight at 9pm, through the snow. Wheee.
