Let's see... for those of you who have been harassing me, I now have a Facebook account. We'll see how long it lasts.
Stuart and I have been talking about getting a dog for a while, but it never seemed like a good time. I finally said, screw it, we're adults, if we want a dog, then NOW is a good time. So, we've talked to one of the breeders, we're taking a look at finances and trying to arrange a "play date" with the breed of dog we have in mind. They aren't super popular in Canada yet, but that seems to be changing. Check out the cuties here: Black Russian Terriers. We broached the idea with the landlords last night, so we'll see what their verdict is, 'cause they can kill the whole project with a word. Eeek. (And yes, since no one answered my ad for Cleo, I think she's gonna come live with us, too.)
I was home yesterday with a migraine -which was weird, since in the past they seem to have been triggered by extreme barometric changes, which didn't happen. Unless it was advance warning for the snow today! I left the house this morning and it was overcast and cool, but pretty nice. By the time I'd walked through the hospital and got to the window in my office, it was snowing and I think I can safely call current conditions a blizzard. Yeeesh.
We spent a large part of the weekend working on our assignments for Colour Theory class, all 12 of which are due on Thursday. (Well, Saturday absolutely since some whiners in our class couldn't adjust the 2008 dates left in our handouts and apparently weren't listening the bazillion times she said "Thursday" in class. But our weekend is too full to have to worry about homework!) I still have some cutting and gluing to do tonight, but fingers-crossed I will get it all done, since I have a client tomorrow. I have definitely been out of school for a while, to have left it so late!
I'm sure I'm missing stuff, but since it isn't jumping to mind, I guess it'll have to wait!
